Advertised rates (¢/kWh and $/therm) reflect the energy supply charge only and do not include utility delivery charges, monthly service fees, taxes, or other surcharges assessed by your local utility. Actual monthly bills depend on your usage, delivery rate, and any applicable utility riders. Fixed-rate plans are for the term stated (typically 12 or 24 months). After the term, the rate may convert to a variable month-to-month rate unless you renew or switch. Early termination fees may apply — always review the provider's Terms of Service and Electricity/Gas Facts Label before enrolling.

"100% renewable" plans are matched with Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from qualifying wind, solar or hydro generation. The physical electricity delivered to your home is drawn from the same shared grid as any other plan.

Retail energy choice is only available in deregulated states and specific utility service territories. Availability of plans, providers and rates depends on your ZIP code and utility. Some plans may require a credit check or deposit.

When you enroll through Energy Dealer, your service contract is between you and the retail energy provider you select. Your local utility continues to deliver energy, read your meter, and respond to outages. Switching typically takes 1–2 billing cycles.

Aside from acting as an authorized advertising partner for participating retail energy providers, Energy Dealer and GFM Holdings LLC have no other affiliation with any utility or energy supplier.

GFM Holdings LLC is the parent entity that owns and operates Energy Dealer. All contractual, regulatory and privacy obligations of this website are held by GFM Holdings LLC.
